Generic: Bosentan 62.5 mg
Indication: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
How it works: Blocks endothelin receptors, relaxing blood vessels in the lungs and reducing pressure on the heart
Dose: Usually 62.5 mg twice daily initially, then adjusted by the specialist
Common side effects: Headache, flushing, dizziness, ankle swelling, and liver enzyme elevation.

Important: Bosentan can cause serious liver problems and requires regular liver-function monitoring.
