• Generic: Tramadol HCl 37.5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg
• Indication: Moderate to severe acute pain, including post-operative, dental, musculoskeletal and injury-related pain.
• How to use: Take only as prescribed. The usual adult regimen is 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed; do not exceed the prescribed maximum.
• Adverse effects: Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, sweating and dry mouth. Tramadol can rarely cause seizures, respiratory depression and dependence. Avoid alcohol and driving.
