Uses: Treatment of urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), such as weak urine flow, difficulty starting urination, and frequent urination.
How it works: Relaxes the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow.
Common Side Effects: Dizziness, headache, abnormal ejaculation, nasal congestion, and low blood pressure.
Important: Usually taken once daily after the same meal each day. Rise slowly from sitting or lying down to reduce dizziness.
