Telfast 120mg Tablet contains Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120mg, a non-sedating antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever).

• Helps relieve sneezing, runny or blocked nose, and nasal itching.
• Helps reduce itchy, red, or watery eyes caused by allergies.
• Works by blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical responsible for many allergy symptoms.
• Generally considered non-drowsy, making it suitable for daytime allergy relief.
• For adults and children 12 years and older, the usual dose is one 120mg tablet once daily, as directed.
