Generic: Tamsulosin
Indication: Symptoms of enlarged prostate (BPH), such as difficulty urinating and weak urine flow.
How it works: Relaxes the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow.
How to use: Usually taken once daily after the same meal, as prescribed.
Common side effects: Dizziness, headache, abnormal ejaculation, and low blood pressure.
