Online Refund Policy

Customers at Pillbox Pharmacy can request a refund for online payments within 3 days of the original purchase date. Please note the following details regarding our refund process:

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.

Cancellation of Orders

Non-Receipt of Order

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at our helpline 0310-7455269 within 24 hours to inquire about your online payment and refund options.

Refund Method

Payments made via bank card will be refunded to the customer's bank account. Cash refunds for online payments are not provided.

Once processed, refunds will typically appear in the customer's account within 7-14 working days.

If you do not see the refund reflected in your account after 7-14 working days, please contact your bank to inquire about the status of the refund.
