Service Zones

Pillbox Pharmacy operates delivery services in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, and Sahiwal. Orders within these service zones are subject to the following shipping fees:

• Orders below Rs. 3000: Rs. 150 delivery fee.
• Orders of Rs. 3000 and above: Free Delivery.

Non-Service Zones

Areas outside our designated service zones are considered non-service zones. For deliveries to these areas, the following charges apply:

• Orders weighing below 0.5 kg: Rs. 150 delivery fee.
• Orders weighing above 0.5 kg: Rs. 150 delivery fee, plus Rs. 150 for each additional kg above 0.5 kg.

Additional Terms

• Delivery in cities other than those listed under service zones is treated as delivery to non-service zones.
• If delivery charges exceed Rs. 270, our customer service team will contact you to confirm additional charges before processing your order.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the delivery against the invoice at the time of receipt.
• For deliveries to non-service zones, Pillbox Pharmacy collaborates with a third-party logistics provider.
• Certain items such as milk products, injections, refrigerator items, liquids, and glass bottles cannot be delivered to non-service zones due to logistical constraints.
