Alofex 120mg Tablet contains Fexofenadine HCl 120mg, a non-drowsy antihistamine.
It is used to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and itchy/watery eyes.
It works by blocking histamine (H1) receptors, helping reduce allergic symptoms.
It may also be used for hives (urticaria) and associated itching.
