Generic: Montelukast + Levocetirizine
Indication: Used for allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, itchy/watery eyes) and allergy-related respiratory symptoms.
How it works: Montelukast blocks leukotrienes that cause airway inflammation, while levocetirizine blocks histamine to reduce allergy symptoms.
Dose: Usually 1 capsule once daily, often in the evening, or as prescribed by a doctor.
