Generic/Composition (per 5 ml): Ammonium chloride 65 mg + chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg + phenylephrine HCl 5 mg.

Type: Expectorant + antihistamine + nasal decongestant.

Uses: Temporary relief of cough with mucus, runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion.

How it works: Ammonium chloride helps loosen mucus, chlorpheniramine reduces allergy symptoms, and phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion.

Precautions: Use cautiously with high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma or thyroid problems. May cause drowsiness. Use in children only according to medical advice.
