Generic: Clobetasol propionate + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin
Indication: Inflamed skin conditions with fungal and/or bacterial infection, such as infected dermatitis.
How it works: Clobetasol reduces inflammation and itching; clotrimazole treats fungal infection; gentamicin treats bacterial infection.
How to use: Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1–2 times daily, or as prescribed. Avoid prolonged use.
Adverse effects: Burning, irritation, dryness, skin thinning, discoloration, and worsening of infection with inappropriate or prolonged use.
