Co-Beritec 20/12.5Mg Tab 10S

Generic: Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

How It Works: Olmesartan blocks angiotensin II receptors to relax blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water. Together, they lower blood pressure.

Adverse Effects: Dizziness, headache, increased urination, low blood pressure, and electrolyte changes may occur. Rarely, kidney problems or allergic reactions can occur.

Dose: Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor. Dose may be adjusted according to blood pressure and kidney function.
