Qarshi Ispaghol Husk 25gm

 Qarshi Ispaghol Husk is a gentle natural fibre and is said to be effective for use in constipation, acute thirst, piles, obesity, cholesterol lowering, ulcer, acidity, and bowel irregularities. Take 2 tablespoons full Qarshi Ispaghol with water or skimmed milk or drink of choice once or twice a day. For dysentery, take 2 tablespoons full Qarshi Ispaghol with yogurt or water once or twice a day.
