Indication: Intermittent claudication (leg pain while walking due to poor blood circulation).
How it works: Inhibits PDE-III, reducing platelet aggregation and widening blood vessels, improving blood flow to the legs.
Dose: Standard dose is 100 mg twice daily; 50 mg twice daily is used in certain drug interactions. Take at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, as prescribed.
Important: Contraindicated in heart failure of any severity.
