Ranzol-XR 500mg Tablet contains Ranolazine 500mg, an anti-anginal medicine.
It is used to manage chronic stable angina (chest pain) and may help reduce the frequency of angina attacks.
Ranolazine works mainly by modifying sodium-ion currents in heart muscle cells, helping the heart function more efficiently.
The XR (extended-release) tablet should be swallowed whole; do not crush or chew it.
Possible side effects include dizziness, headache, nausea, constipation, and stomach discomfort.
