Generic: Amlodipine 10 mg + Valsartan 160 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg
Indication: High blood pressure (hypertension)
How it works: Amlodipine and valsartan relax blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide removes excess salt and water through urine to lower blood pressure
Dose: Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed
Common side effects: Dizziness, ankle swelling, increased urination, headache, and electrolyte changes.
