Generic: Amlodipine 5 mg + Valsartan 80 mg
Indication: High blood pressure (hypertension)
How it works: Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, while valsartan blocks angiotensin II to further lower blood pressure
Dose: Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed
Common side effects: Dizziness, headache, ankle swelling, flushing, and low blood pressure.
