Generic: Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone
Indication: Relief of painful muscle spasms, back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal pain
How it works: Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, while chlorzoxazone acts as a muscle relaxant to relieve muscle spasms
Dose: Usually 1 tablet 2–3 times daily after food, or as prescribed
Common side effects: Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, stomach discomfort, and weakness.
