TYPBAR VACCINE 0.5ML INJECTION 1'S is a typhoid vaccine used to provide protection against typhoid fever caused by Salmonella Typhi. The 0.5 mL dose contains purified Vi capsular polysaccharide.

• Active component: Vi Capsular Polysaccharide of Salmonella typhi Ty2 – 25 mcg per 0.5 mL
• Uses: Prevention of typhoid fever in adults and children 2 years and older.
• Dose: A single 0.5 mL intramuscular injection is generally used.
• Booster: For people who remain at risk, a booster may be recommended at intervals of up to 3 years.
• Storage: Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and do not freeze.
• Pack size: 1 ampoule of 0.5 mL.
